A variable render is counted each time the ROI360 artwork engine produces a new finished piece of artwork for download or production. Artwork previews or hosted assets are not considered variable renders.
No you can have as many users and as many variable templates as you need. You only get charged based on the variable renders created from the system.
Yes, we want to make sure you have everything you need to unlock the benefits of an ROI360 portal. Onboarding includes training, site themeing and the build of some initial artwork templates.
All ROI360 clients are assigned a success manager to help you with the implementation of your system and can also assist with internal adoption, regular usage reports and ongoing reviews.
The technical team are available via telephone, email and support portal to assist with any system related questions or issues.
